Description
Cascabella is a medium hot chili pepper, closely related in appearance to the Hungarian Hot Wax. Plants reach harvest maturity approximately 75 days after sowing. The fruits measure around 5 cm in length and 2 cm in diameter and have a firm texture with a mild to medium heat and good flavour. Peppers ripen from yellow to orange and finally red, with the yellow stage being the most commonly harvested and consumed. Suitable for fresh use in salads and oven dishes, and particularly well known for pickling. Not to be confused with the Cascabel chili.

Very nice little pepper
A small plant with high yields. Pods are small, usually up to 4 cm. Nice flavor and mild heat. Very good for pickling.
