Description
This medium hot pepper has a waxy appearance and was developed in Hungary. The pods turn from a yellow (unripe) to an orange-red or red colour. The heat levels increase as the pods mature. Usually they are picked when they are yellow. The skin is thin and they are very nice in salads. It is a popular garden pepper and ideal for cooler climates.
