Description
Murupi Amarela originates from Brazil and belongs to the Capsicum Chinense species. Although this variety looks different than most Chinense varieties it’s also a very hot chili pepper. The wrinkled peppers mature to creamy white / yellowish. The plant can grow to a meter tall and is a great producer. In Brazil the dried chillies are often ground into powder or used in sauces. A unique variety!

Outstanding flavor and aroma, quite strong and hot, hot, hot. Easy to grow, successfully matured on the east balcony. For me, the surprise of the season
