Description
The Serrano chili pepper is, after the Jalapeño, the most widely used pepper in Mexico. The peppers are crisp and fresh in flavour and are noticeably hotter than Jalapeños. While a traditional Serrano usually grows to about 6 cm in length, Serrano Altiplano F1 reaches nearly twice that size. This variety retains the classic Serrano flavor and heat. The medium-sized plants are robust, disease-resistant, and highly productive.
