Description
Madame Jeanette originates from Surinam and seems to have been named after a hot lady from the capital city, Paramaribo. This hot lady practiced the oldest profession in the world. This wrinkled, yellow chili, is closely related and just as hot as the Habanero. The aroma is much stronger and is therefore frequently used in the Surinam and Antillean cuisine. Often this hot lady is thrown in dishes entirely (the whole chili).
