Description
Sarit Gat is a chili pepper descended from selectively bred yellow chili peppers from Kosovo. The translation of Sarit Gat is 'long yellow.' They ripen from green to canary yellow, making them highly decorative and perfect for pickling. The peppers grow to about 8-10 cm in length, ripen early, and you can expect an extremely high yield. These tasty peppers are crunchy and firm. They have the shape and heat level of a Cayenne chili pepper and are also great for making salsa, hot sauces, chili powder and for adding a kick to dishes. Beautiful, productive, and hot! What more could one ask for?
